adidas is looking for an entertainment influencer marketing (EIM) manager - a person who will define key influencer trends and will be able to negotiate and build strong relationship with celebrities and opinion leaders.
Key tasks: - define key influencer trends within popular culture, in order to identify authentic brand assets and partners who embody the principles of the adidas brand;
- manage key communications concepts through promotion of commercial product stories within the primary influencer community;
- support the Publishing, Trend and Brand Communications teams through integrated product seeding initiatives for targeted entertainers and influencers;
- leverage and maximize opportunities to place key adidas products through storytelling platforms; through social channels, music videos, film and television, press, tours and other creative content;
- work with the Russian influencer community, artists, music managers, record labels, stylists and other related stakeholders to create opportunities around product placement;
- build a wide reaching network of brand influencers throughout London; guiding the replication of this through various key cities in managed Global markets;
- project management of regular influencer events to reiterate global brand concepts – in order to build brand love and long term brand advocacy.
Experience and qualifications needed: - high level of organization;
- self-directed;
- able to manage a budget;
- ability to communicate effectively with various departments of the organization;
- strong written and verbal communication skills;
- strong organizational skills and a team player;
- ability to work / converse with members of senior/upper management;
- negotiation skills;
- great networking ability;
