adidas is looking for a Leading Specialist for the Outdoor category.


  • university degree in Marketing, Economics, Category Management or equivalent professional experience;
  • 2-3 years of work experience in category management/buying/marketing;
  • fluent in English;
  • strong leadership skills;
  • good knowledge of CIS sport market & trends (outdoor activities, fashion);
  • analytical abilities;
  • good presentation skills and ability to influence people;
  • opened-minded and readiness for new;
  • project management.


  • сategory assortment strategy development. Collaboration with the headquarters for the most effective range creating;
  • prepare Market Seasonal Input for the future seasons and provide it to the global BU;
  • reflect localization and differentiation in market range where needed (seasonality, account differentiation) building on Brand Collections, key stories, and other Brand required packages;
  • calculate category Business Plan according to Strategic business plan and brand vision;
  • analyze IBP achievement on weekly basis and react on any deviations;
  • know all the category KPI's and current performance results (rate of sale, SM, NS, bestsellers etc);
  • confirm and check collections launch;
  • provide feedback to DTC regarding product quality or other important information;
  • overview of main competitors offer on regular basis;
  • lead Reason to Buy campaign and execute;
  • make competitors analysis and pricing;
  • prepare and participate in sell-in process.
